    Question: Will I be able to delete documents which were sent out by mistake?

     

    You can delete any document you sent anytime before the receiver signs, and deleted documents will no longer be viewable.

    Question: What if there is more than one person in charge the contract?

     

    The original contract admin will be one who signed up at signOK, and you can add other collaborative admins afterward.

    Question: Is the contract sent out via PC only?

     

    The contract can also be sent out by e-mail, Kakao Talk, or text message. Just simply fill in the corresponding information to determine the way you want your contract sent. 

     

    For example, fill in the receiver's e-mail address on the receiver information page, and the receiver will receive the contract in his/her e-mail. (Noted : The contract will be sent out by a text message when the phone number is not connected to a Kakao Talk account.)
